ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone to join our team to focus on building partnerships with software platforms that will leverage our API-first solution to generate transaction-based revenue for both the partners and Zeal.

Our goal is to 10x our revenue this year, and this role will be instrumental in achieving that. This is a great role for someone who wants a high-leverage, revenue-generating role at a high-growth company, with the potential to define company strategy.

This will be a critical role that drives our growth in 2021 and beyond.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

  • You will identify and engage with high-value target partners within diverse verticals, working hard at the top of funnel
  • Influence selling, messaging, and positioning strategy and help define company-level goals for new deal signings and launches.
  • Define economic structures for new partners that align incentives and drive results.
  • You will project-manage internal support teams, including product managers, engineers, operations, program managers, and customer success folks to provide a world-class experience for all partners!
  • You will ensure excellent service and communication from our company to our partners; securing an excellent representation of our partners to internal Zeal stakeholders.
  • Guide the implementations of our embedded fin-tech payroll product and provide compelling business results for partners.
  • You will get the opportunity to negotiate contracts and set partners up for success as they start integrating with Zeal

YOU HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or product management
  • History of delivering customer value in business development strategies
  • You have some technical background in sales or in a different role; you can understand how to sell the main value proposition of Zeal ~ which is an open-API infrastructure product
  • Familiarity with a sales CRM and other project management tools
  • Customer obsession and willingness to be an advocate internally and externally
  • A proactive, hardworking, and high energy/positive attitude

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience or familiarity with API and Integrations
  • Interest or prior experience in the fin-tech domain
