HOW DOES IN-PERSON / HYBRID WORK @ ZEAL?

We have a "communication first" culture, meaning close to 90% of our team works hybrid at our office in SoMa near downtown San Francisco. Some team members work remotely on a schedule, but take measures to come to the office to get that in-person collaboration. Employees who work in the office come to the office 2-3x a week. This role would be a hybrid San Francisco position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Program Manager role is a new role reporting into the Team Lead, Program Management at Zeal. The team will be assigned to the highest priority initiatives as it relates to Zeal’s implementation strategy - whether that be working through integration timelines, identifying new processes to accelerate growth, building Zeal’s foundational knowledge base of the embedded fintech landscape, and much more.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

  • In partnership with business + product leaders, identify and accelerate the strategy, implementation, program management, and operationalization of key partner initiatives across several verticals at Zeal
  • Own the relationships with our partners, and advocate for them internally. Understand their problems and execute on the solution
  • Provide intellectual leadership through business analyses to develop concrete solutions or recommendations for our partners
  • Develop strong cross functional relationships across Zeal’s and our partner’s leadership teams, becoming a trusted thought partner on all things program management, fintech, and partner growth
  • Ideate with the Program Management Team and execute on initiatives to drive-down integration time, reduce integration churn, and increase customer NPS + resign percentages

YOU HAVE

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, investing, or comparable roles in high growth tech companies (product, strategy, go to market, etc); can tailor the role depending on previous experiences
  • You have external client facing experience 
  • You are low ego and have a knack for working well with a wide range of people
  • You thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • You have a process-oriented mindset + ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
  • You enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders and can draw insights and takeaways from disparate conversations

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience in Program Management, Implementation, or Account Executive at a tech company
  • Interest in joining a fun fast-paced start-up in the fintech industry
